KC & Associates celebrated their 10 years of property management service in 2007 and is independently owned and operated.  Founders, Larry and Kathy Christensen, established the Company in 1997 to manage rental properties throughout the Denver Metro Area.  Having obtained their Realtors licenses in 1997 and 2000 respectfully, the Companies primary focus turned to community association management in 2000.
