Automated Clearing House (ACH) Service
Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment service is available for regular payment of your assessment.  There is no cost for this service.  ACH may be used for monthly, quarterly or annual dues payments.  Payments will be drawn from your bank account on the 5th of each month.  If you wish to use this service please complete the ACH Form and either mail or hand-deliver with a voided check to the management office.  Completed ACH Forms received by the 20th of the month will allow for withdrawal on the 5th of the next month. 

Internet E-Check
You may pay using 'e-check', a self initiated one time or recurring debit from your checking account at no cost to you.  Use the link identified as 'Pay Assessment On-line' to initiate your payment.   Payment services are offered over the internet via our bank's web site:  www.mysmartstreet.com/payment.asp

Bill Pay
You may use any on-line 'bill pay' system to make your assessment payments.  This is a self initiated debit from your account set-up by you.  All payments should be sent to:  (name of association), c/o KC & Associates, P. O. Box 105007, Atlanta, GA  30348-5007. Please include your account number that appears on your coupon. 

Lockbox Coupon Payments
All owners receive a yearly payment coupon book each year.   Complete your check and enclose it along with the coupon or coupons for the months you are paying in the return envelopes provided with your book.  Payments can be dropped off or mailed to our local post office box, but the processing center/lockbox in Atlanta, Georgia is the preferred destination. 

Payment Received in the Management Office
Payments mailed or hand delivered to the management office are processed utilizing a check scanner turning your check into an electronic check transaction.  You will not receive your paper check back in your banking statement.  The payment will be reflected as an electronic transaction on your banking statement and can clear as soon as the same day your payment is received. 

Credit Card Payments
MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted -- please note there is a $9.75 service charge assessed by the card company for each transaction.  You may want to use this option for the full year payment, or if the service charge is lower than receiving a late fee.
